2. Payment - All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order if payment is not received or declined by the payment provider.

3. Shipping and Delivery - We ship to addresses within Australia and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

4. Returns and Refunds - We take great care in ensuring all products are accurately described and depicted. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging. We will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs and a processing fee of 5%. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
